2. Trade-only website
Dogwood sells only to trade businesses: licensed contractors, designers, kitchen & bath dealers and retailers. Trade pricing and ordering are available only to approved trade accounts. Accounts require an application and approval. Dogwood may request information to verify your business, and may deny, suspend or close any account at its discretion.
3. Your account
- Provide accurate, current and complete information in your application and keep it up to date.
- Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
- Trade pricing, credit terms and account information are confidential. Use them only for your business's purchases from Dogwood, and do not share them with anyone outside your business, other than your own customers' final prices you set.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Access or attempt to access areas, accounts or data you are not authorized to use.
- Scrape, copy or harvest pricing, product data or content by automated means.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the website, or introduce malicious code.
- Submit false applications, orders or information, or impersonate another person or business.
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
5. Product information
We work to keep product descriptions, dimensions, images, pricing and lead times accurate. Photos and on-screen colors are representations and may differ from finished products. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product information and pricing at any time, including after an order is submitted, as described in our Terms of Sale.
6. Intellectual property and photos
The website and its content — including text, photos, logos and design — belong to Dogwood or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission, except as needed to use the website for its intended purpose. Hardware product images are used with permission of the supplier.
If you send us photos of your projects, you confirm that you have the right to share them (including permission from the property owner where needed) and you grant Dogwood a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display and edit them on this website and in Dogwood’s marketing. We will not publish the location of a private home, and we will remove a photo from the website on request.
7. Third-party services
The website relies on third-party services, including Stripe for payments. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
8. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dogwood disclaims all warranties relating to the website, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the website will be brought only in the state or federal courts serving Whitfield County, Georgia.
