- Trade account applications and accounts: company name, business type, state, years in business, the last 4 digits of your business tax ID, contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, sign-in credentials, and resale or tax-exemption certificates you upload.
- Contact form messages: your name, company, email, phone, inquiry type and message.
- Orders, delivery and pickup: items ordered, finish and color selections, delivery addresses, pickup contacts and appointments, requested dates, delivery instructions, purchase order numbers, order notes, order history, invoices and payment status.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor. Card and bank details are entered directly with Stripe and are never sent to or stored by Dogwood. We may receive limited details from Stripe, such as card brand, card type (credit or debit), the last 4 digits and payment status.
- Technical information: our hosting provider processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the website.
2. Cookies and browser storage
We use session cookies that are required for sign-in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies at this time. Your shopping cart is saved in your browser’s local storage so it is not lost when you refresh the page.

- Review trade account applications and verify business and tax-exemption status.
